Return & Refund Policy

At My T-shirt Print, we are committed to delivering high-quality customized T-shirts designed to your specifications. Since each product is made to order, we follow specific return and refund policies to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience.

1. Customized Product Policy

All our T-shirts are printed based on customer-provided designs, text, or preferences. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized products unless:

• The product is damaged or defective

• There is a printing error that differs from the approved design

• You received the wrong product or size than what was ordered

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or misprinted product, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged or defective area

• The entire T-shirt

• The packaging

Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following:

• A replacement T-shirt at no extra cost

• A full refund to your original payment method

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, your request must meet these conditions:

• The item must be unused and in original condition

• You must provide valid proof of purchase

• You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the order

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• T-shirts with customer design errors (e.g., typos in uploaded text)

• Orders returned without prior approval

• Minor color differences due to screen vs. print variations

5. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, provided the production process hasn’t begun. Once the order is in print, it cannot be canceled or changed.
